ProcedureThe manuscript, in English and not to exceed 10 pages in IJCNS format, must be in Microsoft-Word or PDF file. Special cases exceeding page limit will be considered. Please submit your paper to the editor in chief :Prof.Dr.S.Arunachalam (ijcnsjournal@gmail.com) or co-editor Dr.Umarani(gopalaxpublications@yahoo.com) as an e-mail attachment. The authors are advised to suggest the names of three reviewers of their field of research with their mail addresses.
Proposal for the special issue on emerging topics are also invited.
